Delete your BUILTR account

BUILTR is published by HowHigh Studio. You can delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time using the steps below.

Delete from the app (recommended)

1. Open the BUILTR app and sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and type the confirmation phrase shown on screen.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted and you are signed out.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the app, email howhighstudio@gmail.com from the address linked to your BUILTR account and ask to delete your account. Include your username or account email so we can identify you.

Data that is deleted

• Your login / authentication account
• Profile information (name, username, avatar, preferences)
• Workout history, routines, measurements, and other in-app training data
• BUILTR Pro entitlement records tied to your account

Data that may be kept

• Purchase and subscription records held by Apple or Google (managed by the store; cancel subscriptions in App Store / Google Play settings)
• Limited technical or security logs that may be retained for a short period as required for operations or legal obligations

When deletion happens

In-app deletion is processed immediately when you confirm. Email requests are handled as soon as we can verify the account, typically within a few business days.
